Tied down!!
The new assignment at San Jose, is taking on me.. full time n big time :(
I chose to commute through public transport[London hangover?!?], than get the car.
The commute is 1 hour each way. That gives me 2 solid hours to get my thought process going and gives me lots of threads to write about. In the same breath, it leaves me with very little time on the computer at home.
So, till i get time to breath, and blog, [which i think shud happen soon], i will just be bloghopping with whatever time available, and an occassional post now and then.
Hmm.. eppadi irundha naan ippadi aayiteen.:(

if u r carrying a laptop and travelling by train .. u can "notepadify" ur thoughts and post it when u get home...
BTW : whn did u come here ( i knw am late in asking this)...how do u find the place? n how long will u b here?

Tj, Narayanan said he carries a voice recorder with him. Maybe you can use one too to vocalize your thoughts just in case you don't lose them, if you were planning to blog about them :-)
Looking forward to you coming back with a bang too like Chakra. Enjoy San Jose in the meantime

Commuting by bus can be fun..
I did that for quite a while and really found the ppl, esp the karupanna saamis pretty interesting and a wierd lot..:-)

Commuting by train is always fun. Look at the things you can do:
-Catch up with your reading
-Replying to e-mails
-Blogging
One thing I alway hate though is people speaking loudly on their cell phones :(

being in a remote place in east coast for a long time..my recent visit to california was made delightful by the BART that runs between SJ and Sfo.

Yes, the public transport in this area is quite good, compared to other places in USA
